Is there some sort of organization that governs or regulates ticket brokers?

There is, it is called the National Ticket Association of Brokers or the NATB. The NATB is the organization that sets the highest standards for all elite ticket brokers in the industry and Select A Ticket is proudly a founding member. We take our membership with the NATB very seriously, in fact Select A Ticket's President; Tom Patania is on the Board of Directors of the NATB, further strengthening our commitment to not only the NATB but also our customers.

In addition to the NATB there is also the East Coast Ticket Brokers Association - The ECTBA of which Select A Ticket is also proudly a founding member.

What happens if you take my order but can't get the tickets?

This is rare, but it does happen. If Select A Ticket takes an order we can do one of two things:

1. Select A Ticket will try and get you other seats, sometimes at the same cost, some times at a higher or lower cost, we will discuss this with you before we change a guaranteed ticket order.

 

2. If that does not work, Select A Ticket backs our guaranteed orders with a 200% Guarantee. That's right; double the price of the ticket back to you. This is one of the best guarantees in the industry; that's how confident we are that we will be able to get your tickets!
