For the first time in their history, the New Jersey Devils will host the NHL Draft. While the Prudential Center has twice hosted the NBA Draft, this is the first time for area hockey fans to see their teams select future stars.

2013 NHL Entry Draft Information

While it has just been announced recently and there is limited NHL Entry Draft information available, judging by past drafts, once can assume it will be held the third weekend of June in 2013 with Round 1 being chosen on Friday night and the remainder of the draft being selected on Saturday.

This is a great chance for hockey fans to get a rare view of this annual event, watch your favorite team's upper management as they decide who to select and speculate on their conversations with other teams while on the floor. Are they discussing a blockbuster trade? Be there along with all the top rated prospects as their NHL dreams come true.
