Hello,

I made an order through the website today and due to my mistake, I made an incorrect order. I called right away early in the morning and spoke with a rep named Joe. Joe was able to take my information and assist me with adjusting my seats to a better deal since all sales were final. I had also not updated my credit card address (again, my bad) and was advised the tickets will need to go to the address to the credit card. The website allowed me to enter a shipping address and I was confused on this situation but, nevertheless, Joe was able to assist with being able to ship the tickets to the address I will receive them at.

Working for customer service for a large gaming company I am always grateful when I am able to get a rep that is patient and easy to talk with. Joe was great today and was able to get the issue resolved within a few hours. Incredible work!

In the future I will do a better job of not waking up and rushing to try to make a purchase. With the help provided, I am a satisfied customer and will be purchasing more through this service.
