$75 Rebate on NBA All Star Game Tickets

1. This offer is good for up to $75 in attraction rebates.

2. Upon receipt of this offer, you must register with Grand Incentives by the "must register by" date stamped on this offer. Only the original registration card will be accepted. No photocopies or duplicates will be honored or acknowledged.

3. Only one (1) rebate will be honored per person, address, or household for the duration of this promotion.

4. After registering, you will be mailed a Rebate Redemption Voucher to obtain your rebate.

5. Only the original machine printed sales receipts with legible machine printed date from an attraction venue will be accepted. Recipients must also submit two (2) original ticket stubs along with the completed Rebate Redemption voucher and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

6. The maximum Rebate Redemption Voucher value is $75 (U.S.). Original receipts under $75 will only be fulfilled at face value. Qualifying receipts that exceed the $75 limit will be redeemed at $75. No future credit will be issued or accrued.

7. Attraction venues available for rebate with this offer are amusement, attraction, live shows, and events.

8. Rebate submissions must be postmarked no later than 45 days after your attraction venue date and must be mailed via certified mail and received by the expiration date as noted on your redemption voucher.

9. Registration card and Rebate Redemption Voucher have no retail value and will not be accepted by attraction venues as payment. Grand Incentives, Inc. is not affiliated with any attraction venues.

10. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

11. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your rebate check.

12. The registration card and/or the Rebate Redemption Voucher will not be replaced if stolen or misplaced.

13. This offer is not valid for employees or families of the sponsor of this promotion.

14. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant submissions will not be acknowledged, processed, or returned. No replacements will be issued.

15. Offer valid only in the United States or Canada. No rebates will be mailed outside of the U.S. or Canada.
